SHIPPING INFORMATION

All of our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. ALL orders placed by 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped on the SAME day and are sent out by Royal Mail or DPD. We process items very quickly and only have a limited time in which to stop completed orders from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched we will refund your order in full once the item has been returned to us.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS


 

FREE - Royal Mail Tracked 48 * orders over £25.00

£2.50 - For orders under £25.00

£1.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 to 2 working days) ** (If ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday)

£5.99 – DPD Next Day (If ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday)

£6.95 – Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Business Day (If ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday)

 

Royal Mail Deliveries 

Your order will be assigned a tracking number and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.co.uk. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day (cleared payments).

Special Delivery: All orders will be sent out the same day if ordered before 3pm (cleared payments).

We ship Monday through to Friday excluding Bank holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a 2-3 business day service.

** Royal Mail Tracked 24 is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service, their aim is to deliver the next working day. 

 

DPD Deliveries 

DPD orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday-Thursday (cleared payments). Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery, especially during busy periods.

 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS


EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERIES

Royal Mail International Tracked and DPD service are available for orders under the value of £125. Orders over £125 will not be accepted.
Shipping costs will be 
calculated at checkout as you place your order.

There are restrictions on some goods for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please contact us if you are unsure as to whether we deliver to your location. Please note that we do not refund postage costs if customers refuse an order due to duties imposed as we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

If you order goods from the website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. 

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERIES

£6.95 – Royal Mail International Tracked  (This option is not available for fragrances or nail polishes)

Please note: We are unable to send products that have un-contained batteries outside of the UK due to strict regulations by the Maritime and Aviation Authorities.

AGE RESTRICTIONS  

By law we cannot sell products containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID may be requested. By placing an order with us it is confirmation that you are of the legal age. It is illegal to buy restricted products if you are under age or for someone else who is under age.

 


RETURNS


 

  • We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you received your order.
  • Please contact our office if you require a return label.
  • Please retain proof of postage.
  • Also please ensure the product is returned to us in a saleable condition with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
  • We charge £3.20 if you use our returns label, this will be deducted from your refund. We will NOT charge £3.20 if the wrong item has been sent or there is a fault with the order/product. We will not refund any postage you have paid on the original order.
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange any products or cosmetics that have been removed from original packaging or show signs of having been used, unless they are faulty. We reserve the right to not refund items that are not returned in a saleable condition.
  • Once we have received your item please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed and allow a further 5 days for the refund to show on your account. Please note we can only issue refunds back to the original form of payment method  - we are not able to credit a different card or account. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the transaction is complete.
  • Please note: Unless there is a fault with the product itself, we cannot accept returns for products in our clearance category based on the defects in their packaging.
  • We can only offer FREE returns to UK customers.

 

FAULTY

We always do our best to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your items upon receipt as soon as possible and notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
You will be entitled to a FREE RETURN within 30 days of your purchase if your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to receive a pre-paid label with Royal Mail (UK returns only), all you will need to do is fill out the request on the link we provide you with and print the label out to go on your parcel. You are entitled to a replacement or repair of faulty consumer electronics within six months of your purchase.

 

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will chase this up for you as quickly as we can.
