COVID-19 UPDATE - JANUARY 2021
We are dispatching orders within 1 working day as usual. However, Royal Mail are experiencing delivery delays to some areas. This is due to the greatly increased uptake of online shopping due to most shops being closed and the ongoing Covid-19 working restrictions. The vast majority of orders are being delivered on time, but if your order is slightly delayed, please bear with us.The health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is paramount to us. We have conducted thorough risk assessments which are regularly reviewed and introduced even more rigorous control measures in our warehouse to keep our staff safe. We are limiting the number of people who are working in our warehouse and restricting access where necessary, all staff who can work from home are doing so.

Most orders will be shipped within 1 working day and are sent out by Royal Mail or DPD.
We process items very quickly and only have a limited time in which to stop completed orders from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched we will refund your order in full once the item has been returned to us.

£5.90 – Royal Mail Next Day (If ordered before 1pm Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays)
£4.99 – DPD Next Day (If ordered before 12pm Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays. There are no Saturday deliveries so orders placed after 12pm Thursday will be delivered the following Monday).
Royal Mail Deliveries
Your order will be assigned a tracking number and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.co.uk or simply google search your tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number. Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following working day (cleared payments).
Special Delivery: All orders will be sent out the same day if ordered before 1pm (cleared payments).
We ship Monday through to Friday excluding Bank holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter upon your order.
All orders will be sent out the same day if ordered before 12pm Monday-Thursday (cleared payments). Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery, especially during busy periods.

Please note: We are unable to send products that have un-contained batteries outside of the UK due to strict regulations by the Maritime and Aviation Authorities.
Please ensure the product is returned to us in the condition you received it with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from original packaging (or show signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
Once we have received your item please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note we can only issue refunds back to the original form of payment method - we are not able to credit a different card or account. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the transaction is complete.
Please note: Unless there is a fault with the product itself, we cannot accept returns for products in our clearance category based on the defects in their packaging.
Returns on multi-buy promotions
You’ll need to send back freebies, special offer/discounted products you got in conjunction with the original product. Otherwise we’ll have to take it off the refund amount. For example, if you bought 2 items costing £6 each on a buy 2 for £10 offer and return only one, we’ll charge you £6 for the one you kept and refund you £4.
You will be entitled to a FREE RETURN within 30 days of your purchase if your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to receive a pre-paid label with Royal Mail (UK returns only), all you will need to do is fill out the request on the link we provide you with and print the label out to go on your parcel. You are entitled to a replacement or repair of faulty consumer electronics within six months of your purchase.

If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will chase this up for you as quickly as we can.
