COVID-19 LATEST UPDATE FROM HOGIESONLINE
At Hogiesonline the safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We only have a few keyworkers at our warehouse to dispatch stock and we have one of our customer service advisers available to take telephone calls and answer emails Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, all of the remaining staff are working from home.
We are receiving a few comments from customers to say there has been a small delay on receiving their parcel, overall we believe that the Postal and Courier services are coping extremely well with the deliveries in the UK. Despite a huge increase in online ordering worldwide we can confirm that these local services are still meeting their delivery aims in most cases. Please bear with us, and them, if you experience a delay in receiving your parcel.
We have introduced rigorous control measures in our warehouse to keep our staff safe and are ensuring that all staff are following the government guidelines with regard to regular and prolonged hand washing and hand sanitiser is also readily available. We are adhering to the 2m distancing rule at all times. This includes limiting the number of people in certain areas of the warehouse and restricting access where necessary. These measures, along with many others are having a slight knock on effect in terms of efficiency and productivity so it may take slightly longer than usual to dispatch your order, although we are working very hard to try to keep to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience at this time.

"Due to increased absence levels, we’ve reviewed our timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm services and will make the following changes.
For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*."

Royal Mail Deliveries
Your order will be assigned a tracking number and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.co.uk or simply google search your tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number. Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following working day (cleared payments).
Special Delivery: All orders will be sent out the same day if ordered before 1pm (cleared payments).
We ship Monday through to Friday excluding Bank holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter upon your order.
All orders will be sent out the same day if ordered before 12pm Monday-Thursday (cleared payments).Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
We can not guarantee next day delivery, especially during busy periods.
Please ensure the product is returned to us in the condition you received it with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from original packaging (or show signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
Once we have received your item please allow up to 2 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the transaction is complete.
Please note: Unless there is a fault with the product itself, we cannot accept returns for products in our clearance category based on the defects in their packaging.
Returns on multi-buy promotions
You’ll need to send back freebies, special offer/discounted products you got in conjunction with the original product. Otherwise we’ll have to take it off the refund amount. For example, if you bought 2 items costing £6 each on a buy 2 for £10 offer and return only one, we’ll charge you £6 for the one you kept and refund you £4.
You will be entitled to a FREE RETURN within 30 days of your purchase if your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to receive a pre-paid label with Royal Mail (UK returns only), all you will need to do is fill out the request on the link we provide you with and print the label out to go on your parcel. You are entitled to a replacement or repair of faulty consumer electronics within six months of your purchase.

If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will chase this up for you as quickly as we can.

We dispatch items very quickly and only have a limited time in which to stop completed orders from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched we will refund your order in full once the item has been returned to us.
